Someone posted on another thread that the Bonus Material is meant to be Pictures. But I haven't found none yet.

That'll be me.
I asked the chap selling the vouchers what the advertised "Exclusive Bonus Material" was, and he told me lyrics, pictures and song clips.

Like you, I've yet to find them ...

Can you download the USB onto a disc?

Just finished downloading the rest of the gig from the website - works perfectly!

Yes - you CAN 'burn' to CD; I'm going to do just that so's I can listen again as I go to work!

In addition, I'm just downloading the bonus material - that becomes available with the encores once you cash in your voucher code; I'll let you know what's what when it finishes downloading.

It's incredibly slow, even with 8 meg broadband!! :bam:

OK - here's the deal ...

When you cash in your voucher (ie go to the website and download the encores) another option appears, which is to collect the BONUS MATERIAL, a 94mb zipfile.

In there you get a 25-page Adobe pdf with lyrics and a 2-page pdf with the 'Setlist and Cast List'.

There are also 30 photographs all of which are presumably from 'your' gig; the ones I got look ace!

I have moved all of the music tracks onto my PC and they also all sit nicely on the stick so I can take the gig anywhere and plug'n'play.

There's even room left to drag the bonus stuff onto the stick too 'to make my day complete' (in the words of the man himself!)

Have you downloaded the tracks onto your USB?
Was it as a zipfile?
Did you unzip the file so that all of the tracks individually are now on your USB?

If so, then it's a straight highlight the tracks, click COPY, open your Music folder on PC and click PASTE.

Does that work for you?

Step One ... have you downloaded the file from the website by activating your keycode/voucher number?

No, I never got the voucher / USB thingy. I didn't bother, knowing that I would struggle and that there will be a DVD ;) So I will have the concert set etc that way

OK, Dave - I guess you'll be right on that score.

HMMM...when I open or save it it shows an error box saying that 'this file does not have a programme associated with it for performing this action.Create an association in the Set Associations control panel'

Are these USB 'problems' from all different venues?

I'm wondering... or maybe I read it somewhere and didn't internalize it (apologies if it WAS stated somewhere and I'm just re-hashing old information here)... but will there be an audio recording along with the Theatre Of Death DVD like Alice did with Montreux?

Do you have WinZip installed on your PC?
If not, then that will be your problem.
You can download a free 60-day trial version from the 'net and that should get you out of jail.

I would guess that the USB system is the same for every venue, i.e. you get part of the gig on the stick, the rest appears for download a couple of days later.

But it was pretty straightforward to get the rest of it and the bonus stuff.

I'm no techno geek! :bam:

Odd. I downloaded my gig and I didn't get a bonus material option and I've just been back in and can't see anything other than encores

I got the Manchester USB pen, one week after the concert & there are pics & the Lyrics to the songs , also all of the 26 songs that night.

Think it opened with Adobe Reader/Flash Player on my PC's in a little music box with play, pause and song list etc.

It's a 1 gig pen so the pics i have with Alice also fit on!

Can someone who has got it to work just clarify where the bonus material is? I Got the encores the ages ago, not realising there was any more stuff, but I can't see an option anywhere on the website or on the Flash program thing on the USB. I've checked in the My Concert Online bit, all the folders on the pen and nothing seems to be there....
