Nottingham -USB

Post by moonshadow » Sat Dec 05, 2009 11:17 am

First of all, just to say the concert was awesome, I'm still on a high!

My partner bought me a usb stick, but there isn't anything on it. :( I understood that the concert would be on there, bar the encore, but there is nothing on the stick at all.
Is it just me, or has anyone else had the same problem?
We are waiting a reply from concert online.
(I am not holding my breath)!

Hi Moonshadow.

There should be something on the USB, or someone has possibly made and error while transferring the concert.

I got a 'can't access E: drive' when I tried to use the software provided on the USB. Did you get the same message? However, I was able to open the folder on the USB and there I found the MP3's and a few other bits and bobs. Are you able to open the folder once it's plugged in?

I'm sure concert online will sort it out for you, as you have a unique code on the box, which is proof of purchase, I guess.

If there is an error in transfer, I'll bet you are not the only one who has a blank USB, so it should get sorted.

Let us know how you get on.

Thanks my stars, I can open the folder, but there is nothing on there at all, still shows as 1gb of usable space on there. Oh well, fingers crossed for a speedy resolution.
The concert just seems like a dream now.

I also only got the songs up to "Is It My Body" and it won't open up using the software on my stick.

As an aside, when I asked the chap who sold me the voucher what was the "Exclusive Bonus Material" mentioned on the flyer, he said pictures, song-clips and lyrics; anyone managed to find these yet? :/

Hey. Yeah, when you go on the website (via the link on your usb) to download the 'encores' which is actually the second half of the show, there's an extra bit underneath titled 'bonus'. I downloaded that afterwards and was quite surprised. I got lyrics and some cracking photos!

Yeah, me too!

Strange - I thought I'd already responded to this thread earlier in the week explaining that I'd got the bonus stuff and the rest of the gig.

Perhaps I dreamed it ... :smack:
