STUK get together

Well I am "only" going to London so no get together for me. But I am flying on the previous day, the flight I chose arrives around 2pm and it would have been to stressful to fly on the day of the show.

Which means I have one extra night in London if someone wants to meet in reasonable distance of the Hammersmith aera.
I am also quite happy to spend the evening drawing in my hotel room it doesn't take much to keep me occupied :P

It can also be earlier on the day of the show, but I guess that queueing start rather early? No idea when I should be getting there, here it is enough to arrive 2-3 hours in advance but the venues are small. I hope I'll meet you guys there.

If I am not too nervous (I am a wreck on the day of a concert) I might go have a coffee at the Troubadour, my favourite coffee bar in London (near Earl's Court) and pay my usual visit to Brompton Cemetary. It's been a while.

Only doing Swindon and Hammersmith so any Sickthing meet will be during queueing for me.

Anyone in Swindon can have a good pre-show dip too - there's a good few slides and a wave machine next door to the hall .....

Yup, would love to do more but Manson's around 4 days after Alice - catching 2 of his and calling it 'Christmas come early'. As well as ££'s are tight, and uni ....

Best to keep it to a minimum this year.

See you Swindon & London?? Particularly looking forward to Hammersmith, the show is going to look great in that venue.

Hi everybody forum virgin here so be nice please. A couple of us from Glasgow are going to Manchester Glasgow and Newcastle and would like to meet up with others for a couple of beers and a few laughs. If any Glasgow gig goers are interested GALLUS COOPER (the glasgow tribute) are doing a pre gig show at Rockers in the city centre which is about 20 min walk from venue so that could be Glasgow sorted for some. So Manchester and Newcastle meeting places would be appreciated.

We are going to Manchester, and I would be happy to meet some 'like minded individuals' pre show...I will have 3 kids in tow, so even if we just say hello in the lobby that would be good. No doubt there will be further discussions on here nearer the time.

Please remind me of this when it gets closer, with directions. We will be traveling up from the Manchester show so I'm not sure on what time we will arrive. There is about 10 of us.

How long wil you guys be playing? 5pm start and 20 minutes from venue you say? Would like to stop in if we have the time but as Jaded says, remind everyone closer to the time and we'll see what we can do.

Can I just say to all you guys out there, it really is worth making the effort to meet up with fellow Sickies, for me it has always been an extension of the gig, and i love every minute of it.
Plus, i`m sure its someone else`s turn to but the beer this time around.

For me, meeting Baz has always meant a torrent of abuse and a slurred command to get the beers in. I did it because I was so intimidated.
