Got a nice e mail back from Teresa, saying the tickets have not yet been received in their office, but they will ensure they are dispatched on time, and will send an e mail to advise when they are posted and that alternative arrangements could be made if necessary.

Fingers crossed.

TBH that's the standard email i & others have had each time ac.com have been emailed about tickets. I don't see how if they haven't recieved them in their office ( why not? ) that we will have them posted out to us (considering how long they may take to arrive + postal strikes & also the gigs start in less than 3 wks). ::((:

Got the email from AC.com, tonight. Have to pick up tickets from the box office on the evening of the show. Same seats though, row C front circle. Anybody else going to Manchester sat in the front circle?

Me too Gorey...With less than a week to go before we leave and the tickets not being dispatched as of yet,I'm starting to worry I won't recieve them before we leave.I realize the show isn't untill Dec 3rd (I think) but we are leaving on Nov 23rd...Is it that unheard of that fans go to every show on a tour?
They have had my money since May...where are my tickets! :nono:

Re: Tickets not sent

okay, I phoned ticketmaster earlier in the day, they told me there was no way we would recieve our tickets by monday as the venue in Plymouth had no sent them out to TM to be dispatched. (first lie)

They also said the only option was we could pick them up at the venue box office at 7:00pm (when the doors open.) As the boxoffice doesn't open till then (second lie)
Not an acceptable option for me at a standing show.

Before you get upset...

I phoned and spoke to a lovely woman at the Plymouth venue. I told her about our situation, and the process we go though. (queue ect)Getting our tickets when the boxoffice opened at 7pm was very difficult for as we would already be in the queue. I asked if the boxoffice could be opened earlier so we could still get to the front. She told me that the box office was indeed open at 10am but Ticketmaster doesn't fax their client purchase list till 7pm.
She told me that they were not sending TM ANY tickets as TM print their own. She asked for my phone number and promised she'd sort this out for us. Less than an hour later she phoned back and said after an heated conversation with ticket master ALL Plymouth tickets will be dispatched ASAP
and we should all get them by the end of the week.

I just looked at my TM account and my tickets are now being printed.

Did Ticketmaster really think we would not figure this out? C'mon!

ohhh by the way, Newcastle is fully seated. When we all bought them from AC.com they say GA.. I'm hoping when we pick them up at will-call (haven't heard a word from AC.com so not sure) They will have seat numbers? Again not sure how this is going to work...
