Yes mine came special delivery as well and didn't ask for it. I kicked up a fuss between Ticketmaster and the venue last week.You can read all about it a page back on this thread if you wish. I would phone ticketmaster if I were you, and don't let them leave them at the venue for you...you will not get them till AFTER the doors open!

It's OK Jaded - I had a senior moment - LOL - I just checked my emails and discovered I ordered them direct from the Plymouth Pavilions to be collected at the Box Office. PHEW!
