I meant that the female fans seem to appreciate the "sexier" Trash lyrics than the male fans. A few months ago, I started a thread on SickthingsUK about this because I noticed over the years that nearly all the fans who disliked Trash were male and that Trash tended to be an extremely popular album, however, with the female fans. The thread totally confirmed this...Conclusion: nearly all the fans who dislike Trash are male whereas almost all female fans love this album.

Everybody has some "Mainstream, Generic, Silly rhyming songs." They are usually the ones that people know the words to.

Yes, I am not a big fan of "Poison" but I sure love the occasion it gives you for lots of eye contact with Alice during concerts. Last week I got most of the first verse, and exchanged a long look with Alice. *sigh*

Same during "Feed My Frankenstein", crowd pleaser, but another occasion for some interaction.

I remember posting in that thread you mention. I wouldn't consider Trash as Alice's best album, but it was very succesfull, and I do have fond memories of a few er... drunken nights at the time, listening to it. How silly can you be when you are young. Not sure it really gets better with age though :P

Was never crazy of that song. Don't know why. But this live performance is incredible (Cyprus). The Band definetly looks like they're enjoying the change of set too!
