To VIP or not to VIP, i need help! :(

i mean i want to, ive looked at my finances and i think i can cover it fine. i just dont know what to expect etc. i dont really talk a lot etc and i would have to go by myself which i find kind of scary. i dont want to waste $600 but this could be my only chance for all i know. :guntohead:

If you want to do it - and you can afford to do it... I say do it.

Like you say - it *could* be your only chance and my own personal opinion would be that it's better to do it and know, than to not do it and always wonder.

As to being on your own - Alice fans are very nice people (look around!). I know when I did a MnG in 2005 there was a few people who had turned up solo, so I doubt if you'd be the only one 'alone'. I always maintain with Alice shows that you're only alone until you get to the venue!

Master Shake i'm also thinking of getting a VIP package but indeed it IS a lot of money but it IS also Alice. Were you thinking of going to the Melbourne show? I had the same worry as you of flying solo but it would be handy knowing some people (especially from here)

Sparkinthedark - that was a lovely way of putting it = )

as long as you did your sums and know you can cover it, you won't regret it. i've met him a few times after gigs and its always laid back and the people there are cool, you'll have fun.

i've got the vip (and a front row seat) on august 27th in melbourne if anyone else will be there.

the palais is pretty good no matter where you're seated. if it's the stalls row k, thats not bad at all.
