Who are the other two girls? Sheryl and Sonora? (one of them looks like Sheryl if you ask me)

Sheryl and Sonora are possibilities. I think I've seen reference recently to them being on tour right now. I think one of them may be Chuck's daughter. She's been in the show recently as well.

A work friend on mine who was just in Redmond, is friends with a Redmond city council member that Alice said he will never play Redmond again as he was unhappy with the venue.

I'd go for Sheryl and Sonora, looking at the pic (though to be fair I've not seen a clear, up to date picture of her). The woman in the blue dress in the pic via your link is too tall (even in heels) to be Chuck's daughter.
