FWIW, the final reported number is 9,963 for it's #53 entry.

Just looking for those interested, if it had debuted with DD's sales numbers it would have debuted at #95 the first week. Boy, the music industry these days.

No matter where the album is on the charts, it doesn't mean the songs are that good.

Nor does it mean the songs are that bad. Some love it some hate it.

No offence but thats a rather obvious fact. Same with songs in the top 40. I could throw out a few names but i'm feeling nice today so i will keep my opinions to myself.

Do you know if theres a reason to it not being released? I know all the other SPV albums i have have been classified as imports so is it a label thing? I remember a Blackmore's Night CD (there normally SPV) being released here but i think that might have changed to JB HiFi from memory. Certainly had the logo on the back (I didnt buy it so cant check)
I suppose i could ask a mainstream store such as Sanity whats up but my previous dealings with them has lead me to beleive they are a bunch of noobs

There is a lot to be said for momentum. I , unlike some others, don't feel the album is a dog (like Trash), and could place even better. There are some really good songs on this album other than Vengence (not my top pick) and a couple of crappy ones.

I think it might have some appeal to younger generation and if the buzz gets louder, and video is as good as I hope (with Piggy D.), then we might actually have a hit album.

Feel bad for all you that don' t like the album

Doesn't #19 on the Canadian Charts translate to something like 400 copies? ;)

It depends on how many people left their igloos and stopped hunting moose...in time to make it to their record stores instead....

I love the fact that Glamprincess replied humourously re igloos after funny 400 copied taunt from wicked young man...this is how it should be (forget the IMHO nonesense-its an opinion)-halleluyah-i know its the wrong spelling or something...sometimes if someone says somethin even slightly controversial the other person acts like a uk football player-i.e. falling over..clutching face when tapped on ankle..fantastic..nearly as good as ACAS

Has somebody mentioned the Finnish chart position? If not, it's #31 (week 32).

My local record store here in Adelaide (South Australia) is onto their 3rd order of the album, the 1st lot sold in a couple of days. When I find out how it's doing on the charts I'll let you know.
