ACAS down at my local!
I decided to go out for dinner and a few beers tonight after a long day of catering prep. My local pub has one of those internet jukeboxes, where you can select juat about any music that appears anywhere on the internet (for a hefty fee)
I don't usually pay any attention to it because it's so expensive, but tonight when I went in the first thing I noticed was an ACAS banner running across the thing!
I tried to resist temptation, but then the dudes at the next table started having a conversation loudly that was really pissing me off, so I got up and played "The One That Got Away." It was kind of glorious seeing the shocked faces of the patrons as the first line registered. hee hee.

That's great, I'm glad Alice is finally in 2008 and finally getting his music out there in new ways. I have this type of jukebox at both my lounge locations. I'm going to have to check and see if the running display banner is promoting the album. I'm not really sure how an artist gets advertisement such as this....I'll have to ask the guy I lease the jukeboxes from....maybe he knows.

[I live in Toronto.] There's a local mall near me where I think that one of the people choosing the mall's music must be a huge Alice fan because he plays Alice's music all the time. Imagine how surprised I was when I was trying on a pair of jeans and I suddenly hear "Under My Wheels" playing! I wouldn't have been as surprised if "School's Out" or some other Alice song had been chosen, but when "Under My Wheels" is playing all over a mall, you know there's a HUGE Alice fan around.
