Most Disturbing Lyric in ACAS

For you.....what is the most disturbing lyric in ACAS?

I've only heard the complete album once, and the the thing that sticks in my head is the lyrics....."or I can feed the sink"

Images of ground up chunks of meat come to mind.

What about others? What disturbs you?

Not really disturbing, but the one thing I did like about the album is that a song started with "You look like you'd fit in the trunk of my car." What a pick-up line!

Yes, it's from the same song.....what a way to start a song, or conversation

Give me a redhead, give me a brunette, send a blonde to me
When I unwind I'm color blind, they're all the same to me

or

Which limb will I choose, which one gets sawed in half, which leg would you lose to an arachnophobic psychopath

All of the above and this is creepy too - what kinda Joy I wonder....?? But then perhaps its my dirty mind. ;)

"I like to go though your things, the touch, the smell, the JOY it brings..."

There are so many good ones.

This whole verse is pretty dark:

How did you see my face
When could you feel the knife
Was it your final thought
The moment I took your life
And just when your heartbeat failed
Were you just filled with fright
Were you in dark despair
Did you see the holy light?

What I dont get is why Alice would have some of those lyrics on an album....but yet he wont play some stuff from "Trash" because of the lyrical content....Hmmmm.

Maybe that is his excuse. Perhaps he just hates Trash in retrospect because it is such a byproduct of the commercial music industry.

And this one

I got a smile for the lady that goes on my face
I got a kiss on my lips that leads to my place
I got a bed in my basement fit for two
I got some chloroform and handcuffs just for you

"Some salty tuna, how 'bout you?"

Oh, I am sorry, that was "something soft and tender, how 'bout you?"

I completely heard that incorrectly! :smack:

Which kind of leads me to my question...the lyrics...."You should be wrapped in silk, you should be bathed in white" and "You should be wrapped in silk, you should be bathed in milk" ........am I the only one that thinks this has some sexual connotations? Am I missing something? What else could it mean besides something sexual?

This is as laughable as Johnny Depp's Sweeney Todd debacle. Please Alice, stop trying so hard to "scare" us and just write some good songs.

You're starting to come off as the embarrassing Uncle...

I think it means that Alice couldn't think of anything else that rhymes with silk.

So I take it that you don't find any lyrics on ACAS disturbing?

White doesn't rhyme with silk.
