From "INTake" Alice will be at the White River State Park on August 22.

I called the venue and confirmed. Tickets are not on sale yet but will be available through Ticketmaster, LiveNation.com or at the Murat Theatre box office.

Prices he mentioned were Lawn @ $27.50 in advance. And $40 something (helpful huh?) for the reserved seating.
