I dont want to laugh at my rock and roll. Alice as of late is trying too hard on the pun content of his lyrics and not hard enough on the melodies of the music. Back in his hey day's of the '70's he balanced both beautifully...now these name dropping puns are just sophomoric and tedious....

Oh and Si, I loved Ubangi Stomp! :8i:

Alice in top "tongue-in-cheek" form! Sick, funny and twisted...everything you're looking for in a song! ~RGLT

"Steal that Car" is a cracking tune...why didn't our boy play it live!

Instead we have to put up with that "Gimme, Lost in America, Feed My Frankenfurter" tosh.

Mind you, he forgot to do "I'm so Angry" the time before too!

I dig that song a major deal, that' one of the Diamonds for sure, I wish he could write more of that stuff. And it's a perfect campfire song, so that's funny to do that live, a perfect one I have to tell you once again. The sense of humour of Cooper is out of doubt. great song
