I have same kind of a feeling. This will not be just fun rock 'n' roll album. It will be an album with real depth and there will be billions of clever hooks and twists. And I hope there are some cool quitar solos too. Waiting is getting really hard. I hope this will be more adventurous album than the last two. And based on what I have heard from Alice it will be.

OTHER ALONG CAME A SPIDER RELEASE DATES
ALICE COOPER: More 'Along Came A Spider' Release Dates Announced - June 2, 2008
Rock legend ALICE COOPER will release his new album, "Along Came A Spider", through SPV/Steamhammer on the following dates:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland: July 25
Rest of Europe: July 28
North America: July 29
The CD was co-produced by Greg Hampton and Danny Saber in Los Angeles.
Alice recently told Billboard.biz that his forthcoming LP is "a real 'Alice' album. Conceptually, it's going to be pretty interesting."
Cooper wouldn't reveal too many details, but said the album is based on a fictional serial killer named Spider, who wraps his victims in a silk web. "Every song is sort of a letter to the police," he explains. "They think they're investigating it from the outside, but he's actually woven them into the whole thing."
"Along Came A Spider" track listing (in alphabetical order):
01. Catch Me
02. Hungry
03. I Am The Spider
04. I Know Where You Live
05. (In Touch With) Your Feminine Side
06. Killed By Love
07. Salvation
08. The One That Got Away
09. Vengeance Is Mine
10. Wake The Dead

My hopes had been up for the past year for a double album but will settle for the 11 and the album in July. I wonder if the conceptual album will be open ended, leaving room for a sequal to come out next year? Did I hear correctly a while ago that 38 songs had been written?? Not too sure about this. Like the song titles
That was my very thought. I sure hope so...MacQueen wrote:I think the few of us who felt estranged by Dirty Diamonds might be getting very exicted with the new release. I love the new eye makeup and I'm wondering if Alice will wear something similar for the new shows...Purple and black look really cool.
Alice is back....
If you call that guilty...then that's what I am

Yep...and not only does the makeup look awesome, it helps promote the album. Win win situation.lattss wrote:I would love for this to be worn on tour. The makeup just looks unbelievable.MacQueen wrote:I think the few of us who felt estranged by Dirty Diamonds might be getting very exicted with the new release. Can't imagine what she'll do the first time she actually HEARS anything!
That's for me to know, and you to worry about...
It's going to be very hard now for me to stay away if/when Alice plays any of the tracks on NWAC...
