Released as a 45 - Have you checked Amazon/Ebay?
All I see is vinyl but, can you access a copy of the "Life & Crimes" Boxset?
That may be the only option aside from buying the 45.

I looked for Life and Crimes on the normal legit sites but it it isn't there for some reason.
