the more titles I read I go "oh yeah, how could I not have mentioned that one.
Just listened to Sanctuary and Pick up the bones and would also like to mention "every woman has a name" (he could easily have made a hit out of this one with the right promotion !)

How about for it's 11th anniversary "Keepin' Halloween Alive" - not one of my "go to" songs but, well worth the download.
I have a mix Cd that I play while handing out goodies to the Ghosts & Goblins.
It fits well with Bauhaus, White Zombie, Metallica etc.

I think Flatline is the best thing from WTMN2 and Pretty Ballerina is the best song on Dirty Diamonds.

This house is haunted, I actually used this as the basis for the kids I was teaching to devise a play.
He's back. I don't like much from this era but have a soft spot for this song.

Can't disagree on WTMN2, lot's of hype & vids to match but, weak in expressing (& continuing) the concept. DD is hit & miss. For me, a handful of songs that I like.
Pretty Ballerina is one of them.

i always hated this song, was always more Scooby Doo than something creepy. Maybe thats what he was going for, but it never resonated with me.

I think it is a good song. I like it when Alice trys to do something different with his voice and he sounds otherworldly here.

So many top tier songs mentioned already. Little By Little, Former Lee Warmer, Going Home, Wake Me Gently etc.

Guessing the songs I like more than most other fans is Die For You. Easily one of my all times favorite songs. Every aspect down to the arrangement of the backing vocals is pure genius.

Fields of Regret, there something magical about some of those earlier songs.

I think Pass The Gun Around is starting to get the acclaim it rightly deserves.

King Of The Silver Screen: The first of Cooper's transvestite trilogy. It's kitschy and I love it!

I Never Wrote Those Songs: I could live without the sax but I just love the lyrical viewpoint. Maybe the earliest example of Alice breaking the third wall in song?

Adaptable: Hooks all over the place and the tongue-in-cheek lyrics together is a highlight from ZCS.
