Detroit Stories

Alice Cooper talks a little about his new album titled "Detroit Stories" but don't know if that's written in stone. Some of the guest are pretty much from The Breadcrumbs EP. But one name I am surprised that is not mentioned is Iggy Pop! How more Detroit can you get with Iggy Pop. Be nice if they sang together. I know Iggy sang "Love Transfusion" that Alice wrote for The Shocker soundtrack. Also when I first heard "Lost In America" I thought it sounded like an Iggy Pop song.

Interesting read. Hoping too many cooks don't spoil the broth.

Maybe we will get more of the band on the follow up The Arizona Diaries.

Iggy would be a great duet. I hope we get a few more tracks with the OGs. It has been mentioned.

We haven't had a green album cover since 1976. Just sayin'.

Good Post. Thanks for the update.
Could it be that EarMusic will release "Detroit Stories" also?
Signs point to "Yes".

I believe so since "Don't Give Up" is on EarMusic. As for release I notice most of Alice's latest albums come out around the Fall like Sept. "Don't Give Up" is releasing on vinyl in August. So if I'm a betting man I'd guess Sept. Maybe we should have a pool on it's release. hah!
