When I first heard this late last night, I really didn't like it! Having listened it more carefully and played it through my headphones at a louder volume, it has really grown on me!!!

Fantastic song. It is fresh, hard, and pure Alice. I like the sound of this! It is a big-sounding rock song, with words of encouragement that transcend each of us. Ezrin produced it remotely. This is quite a day we are living in.

I like it. Just adds to the question of “why has Ezrin, Shep, and Alice brought in studio musicians for the last two albums?” This band should be recording with him.

I really like it. Some people have said they don't like the talking in it. I think that's one of the best parts of the song. I like that he has used his normal conversational voice. Would have ruined it if he'd tried to sound 'scary'.
I was expecting an anthem. Pleasantly surprised we got something very different.

Hi all! New to the group. Yes I love this song right away! At first I was a bit leery when I heard it was coming-out. I was thinking it was going to have that anthem style but it does sound a bit from Brutal Planet and Breadcrumbs. Good video and great tune played well over 5 times so far.

I take it the hand written message from Alice on the pic disc will be a copy...I know artists are releasing a lot of hand signed stuff right now (apart from Ozzy busted with autopen) but cant see a couple thousand hand written messages (or whatever the actual number is)

I've enjoyed it & downloaded from iTunes. But, if a 7" is being released what do they have for a "B" side?
They do have cover art for it. Collectors will snap it up!
I'm just hoping for some actual airplay on the Local Rock Station.
They have picked up* The Stones "Ghost Town" & as good as that is I like AC's more.
It's not as depressing.
*As far as the "Pick Up The Bones" comparison, we must remember what key AC sings in.
They don't use an acoustic for many of his songs except to fill out the tracks. The chord they use does seem to be played almost exactly though.
I say whatever works to get airplay. Bowie covered many an Iggy tune & got a hit with "China Girl"!

There will be no musical b-side. A written message from Alice will be printed on the b-side.

The Stones Living In A Ghost Town is getting a lot of airplay on Radio 2 in the UK. It's being played several times a day every day.

7" already sold out so must have been a lot more limited than the Breadcrumbs vinyl was....Does anyone know how many copies are being pressed?
