Absolutely one of my favorite songs ever. The sound of it, the flow... Perfect. I first heard it early one morning on FM radio in Rochester, NY. Alice did a phone-in with Brother Wease (Google him), and it was about the live album. They played this song, which Alice did indeed say that the next album would sound a lot like this. The sad truth is that this was about the only time that WCMF ever played Alice. For a rock station, they ignored Alice completely.
They sure as hell played the living Faulk out of "Layla," though.

listening to the new Rolling Stone Song about a ghost town in these days, I thought Alice would be capable of making an appropriate song to these strange times as well..
