Anyone else think Alice missed the intro into “I Want My Now”....but it didn’t faze any of ‘em...pro’s at their best.

Is there an extra song on YouTube? I only saw "Heroes" on the show, itself.

I was at the taping and he definitely flubbed the intro, but they covered it good. After the song the production was talking about doing another take of the song (I don't think because of the missed intro, I think they just wanted to make sure they had enough coverage because they did do Heroes twice)

That was pretty embarrassing. First stage of alzheimers?

I found 3 songs from Kimmel "Live" on YouTube.
"Heroes" - good & what a large stage! Lot's of freedom to roam.
"I Want My Now" - good also but, could get better as the audience gets the album
& has greater participation.
"Rise" - is OK, posted from an audience shot & yes they use the Fart gag w/green gas expulsion.
Not impressed... especially for a closer.

They should have one encased like a fire extinguisher so Perry can break it if he sees Alice has the need.

Alice seems a bit like a fish out of water with the HV at times and he was certainly floundering on Kimmel. It must be odd from calling all the shots to being a band member who at times has nothing to do.

He also has the stress of having to remember a whole new set and cannot sleepwalk through some of the stake ever present songs from his solo show.

It's pretty exciting in a way!

Definite missed cue but after that I thought the track was excellent. Heroes was surprisingly good with JDs voice coming through loud and clear and JP doing a fine job too. As for Alice on guitar...he was strumming away at a ridiculous speed sometimes. If he is playing then give it volume and make it real.

After all of theses years I would hope (pray) that he has learned a few chords.
Iggy can play & he's left handed.
I saw a show w/John Cafferty & the Beaver Brown Band where I would swear that I never heard a note emit from the (triple gold pickup) black Les Paul that he held in front of him. I will give AC the benefit of the doubt. :alice:
