$22 to ship this thing?

I was all set to order, until the $67 order became $89.

Seems excessive.

I'll wait until it becomes available at Books A Million (in the bargain rack) :8):
Has anyone listened to the B$B live set? Is it worthy or just the Lp "Live" w/audience noise? :/

The cost of shipping to the UK has really jumped up. $22 is not that excessive for this as it looks like there is some weight in it.

Halo of Ice , or the (on youtube available) video of his performance in Iceland would have been a nice extra.

I got an autographed Rock Rolls On album in 1983. The ad was misleading, but it was kinda cool to have.
