They filmed the Hey stoopid show which they then put on U.S. TV as a split with judas priest. I would like to see an official release of that.
I'm sure there are more but I am not aware, my most sought after show is the live in the flesh tour but I am certain none of them were done professionally.

Speaking of "In The Flesh"...
Wasn't there a documentary done on Alice and after each section there was footage of a rehearsal for a couple songs? The only one I remember off the top of my head is the one for "Killer". Could've swore it was for that tour.

That was the 2-disc Prime Cuts DVD that had rehearsal footage for a few songs from the "In the Flesh Tour."
