No difference. Only as a a promo you get a pin with the cd.

As i can see japan edition comes in jawel case and european and others in digipak. Is it correct ??

The Nuclear Blast red vinyl double lp version of 500 copies is sold out. However, they have some copies of the white vinyl single left.
