I have to agree with Nightmare Returns. That or the original WTMN!

Has to be special forces. The sound of helicopters and guns, the band creeping on in camouflage, the weird, incomprehensible intro and then Alice crashing out of the cabinet looking like a biker geisha! Brilliant

78 tour was cool. He came through the screen of a giant TV. 10 months later - same screen - only he fell outta the end of a vodka bottle through the screen. My first two live concerts.

Me and my mate sneaked into the Edinburgh playhouse before the gig and saw the set which kind of spoiled the surprise. Incidentally, earlier that day I had found killer, with Calendar in tact, then wangled our way into radio forth, pretending to be reporters, where he signed the lp. Oh what a perfect day. To quote Lou Reed!

I thought the Psycho Drama tour with the Steven Intro and breaking into It's Hot Tonight after the behind the screen murder was pretty cool.

My favorite has got to be his opening to the Brutal Planet tour...that slow walk up the stairs with the scepter in his hands looking over his world like he is the king...it was a perfect way to start an extremely memorable tour...

Have to agree also. Probably was more effective as he had been out of action for awhile and this showed us all that He was BACK!

The nightmare returns

the sedate opening before the band kick in with the blazing guitars and furious drum riffs. Then the Alice bursts out, ladies and gentlemen - we have a show! Bloody amazing quite frankly.

I loved how the kane band sounded and this opening reinforced that. classic

Very well put. There was so much vitality in that opener. It was a thrill to see.

The Nightmare Returns.

You KNEW right then and there that Alice was back!

I go with Dadascot. Special Forces in Glasgow, my first time seeing Alice. Atmosphere was electric and he just smashed onto the stage. Wonderful memories of that night.

Nightmare Returns and Brutal Planet are runners up.
