What was the last stand out album for you by Alice?

For me, it's gotta be DIRTY DIAMONDS..love that LP!

Don't care for 'Perfect' or 'Stand' but the rest is really good.

Dirty Diamonds and before that it would be Brutal Planet. At the other end of the timeline Killer is the first standout for me. Bought it in 72 as I started going back from School's Out. Tried hard with LITD but never got beyond viewing it as patchy.

I really like LITD except for Dwight Fry (although GB's solo is killer) and Hallowed Be My Name. I wish he'd play Yeah, Yeah, Yeah live. I've seen the other seven songs in concert.

I "like" LITD it too but it just never made it to the top for me. Suppose if I had heard it before Killer it would have been a stand out given what came before but to me its well short of Killer therefore just fails the grade.
