I consider I Love the Dead to be Alice's first unofficial solo song.

Ted
There are no solo songs as all the band play on My Stars and MB DD and NS play on I Love The Dead.

Pitkin, GB also is on ILTD. He's the one making the obscene sounds - that's if memory serves me correctly.

I was going to mention GB's 'orgasmic sounds' on ILTD. Regarding pitkin88's comment re. there being 'no solo songs', that's why I (and I believe PFOLGORE) referred to, respectively, My Stars and ILTD as being unofficial solo songs.

Hang on ! Good or bad Wagner did session work on My Stars, nothing more and nothing less. The whole band played on it, contributed to it and performed it on stage. Yes he was an important part of Alice's later solo career but to say this is an unofficial solo track is as absurd as suggesting Under My Wheels or Yeah Yeah Yeah were. Hey why not Caught in a Dream 'cos Bob played keys? Or even Second Coming as according to the credits this is the only composition in his repertoire that he is the sole composer?

Sorry, I just noticed that I made an error in my previous post above. It was PFOLGORE who referred to My Stars as being an unofficial solo track and I referred to ILTD as being the same. I completely agree with your comments re. the absurdity of My Stars being referred to as an unofficial solo track.

I see someone's been 'revitalizing' some threads in this Forum from years past, great. I see that I never posted my own top 20 ACG songs here although I did make several other comments. My reason for not doing so might have been because I wanted to rank them in order but my order could change fairly frequently.
