Somebody found some rarities in a used $1 BDB album:

I've seen the Methuselah patch before, but the others are new to me. I thought the "America 1973" was limited to tour personnel?

The first two items were retail items and at that time they were quite easily available.

That was a promotional sticker which was included in the press - kit for the album.

Someone posted in the comments in the link that they have a copy of Muscle of Love that had a cheap iron on transfer included. I don't think I've heard about that included with an issue of MOL before. Any info./further details?

If I can recall back 40 yrs... I do remember a MOL bookcover & maybe an iron on patch (lame) pitched & never saved. I thought at that age the paper sleeve around the Lp was redundant.

There was nothing like that included so it was probably one of those unofficial items that a previous owner of that copy of the album inserted.
