Wonder what A.C. gets in Licensing & if it was Licensed at all?
That image could just wake you up faster than a cold shower!!

I'd bet money this isn't licensed. They have dozens of similar curtains, which smacks of bootleg items, just like the hundreds of "limited edition" T-shirts being hawked on Facebook.
