I would rather watch that on a loop than listen to Trash.
Re: A visual representation of Trash
I own this movie......and "trash". God help me
Re: A visual representation of Trash
I used to think AC could never make an album worse than 'Trash', then along came 'Hollywood Vampires'.
Re: A visual representation of Trash
Every time I listen to Trash, I like it more. And I already really enjoy that album.

Trash, in my opinion, is a very good straight ahead rock album and Hey Stoopid is even better.

Regardless whether people think it is a "Alice Cooper album" it is a great rock album. Poison is still the greatest single i have ever heard. i think it always will be.
Re: A visual representation of Trash
I am all for people having their own opinions, especially when it comes to an artist as diverse as Alice, but I'm getting a bit pissed off at the constant slagging off of trash. This album resurrected his career and many wouldn't be on this forum if it wasn't for the success of the album.

I've written before & I'll throw it out again, ZCS was the start & DaDa lost me, I took chance on the Trash Cd after buying the Prince Of Darkness cassette (from the bargain bin) & haven't lost a step since!dadascot wrote:I am all for people having their own opinions, especially when it comes to an artist as diverse as Alice, but I'm getting a bit pissed off at the constant slagging off of trash. It's a bit like New Country in that it had all the life sucked out of it. Definitely in the worst 5 albums. It's pretty horrible.
Re: A visual representation of Trash
I was never able to compile a "worst of" list of Alice albums as everyone of them has moments of brilliance--or at the very least--had the mark of Alice on them. The exception is Trash.pitkin88 wrote:It's a bit like New Country in that it had all the life sucked out of it. Definitely in the worst 5 albums. It's pretty horrible.
It is the WORST album because it's a Bon Jovi album with Alice doing the singing. It's not an Alice Cooper album. It's crap rock at it's best--which leads it to being the very worst.
But it put Alice back on top, made him millions, sold in the millions and was one of the most successful albums of his career. So what do I know?!!
Well...actually what I do know is that it sucks--it really, really sucks!
