Which Bowie song?

So Alice has just announced that he is writing both a new solo album and a follow up HV album. He has also announced that he will be doing a Bowie cover. Now before the negativity starts, several here have made it clear that they shudder at the thought but for the rest of us which Bowie song would you like him to cover?

It would be a little ironic if they did "Suffragette City."

That would be the obvious one to me. I can see Alice enjoying the fact that most would never get the connection.
If they did it live Alice could do the reverse of what he used to do on UMW haha

I think something from Bowie's 'hard rock' era (70 - 75) would be appropriate. What about Rebel Rebel?

"Cracked Actor", think he could get his chops round that one, or maybe "Watch That Man", think that would suit his vocals too.

'Laughing Gnome' - it's already rubbish, so tailor-made for the HVs.

Not sure if there's a Bowie song out there that fits AC's vocal but it would be more interesting if he stayed away from the hits

Teenage Wildlife
Please Mr. Gravedigger
The Supermen
Fashion (OK that one's a hit but lyrically it kinda fits Special Forces era Alice)

I'm not sure in what context he's planning on doing this but, if his vocals could handle it these days, Lady Stardust would be very fitting.

Scary Monsters might suit his vocal range and there are screechy guitars

I think Diamonds Dogs would suit the band and Alice perfectly (Also that's one of my Fav songs from Bowie)

Yeah, obviously missed the bit "before the negativity starts" but I guess there are so many on here that just have to bring the negativity in. Rebel rebel would suit Alice really well but I'd like to hear a more obscure choice. Panic in Detroit might fit!
