By the sounds of it erik is trying to stay out of it and just wants people to know its not the lost years. And he does seem to be trying to not say to much either. At one moment alice is not always around next moment hes with the band all the time just really weird how he talks about alice lol. At the end the host says erik reached out to him and wanted to talk. But when you listen it just doesnt seem like he wants to talk lol. Odd interview. But hey its something. Lol.

It must be understood that nearly everyone who has ever played with, worked for or has been friends with Alice Cooper has a tremedous amount of respect for him and his privacy.

Why would Erik Scott talk about something that he know was a very painful time in the life of his friend? Would you go on the internet and discuss the personal failings or intimate secrets of your friends?

There is really not much to talk about--Alice had a problem with cocaine, it ruined his career and very nearly cost him his life. he beat it and rose back to the top in a very relatively short period of time. And he's been sober and clean since. That's what should be talked about.
