The 180g Releases

Am I right in saying that Billion Dollar Babies is the weak link here? I have all the other ACG releases on 180g (purchased from a local record shop no less) but it looks like this one was only officially released in America? Well that seems to be the case based on the Discography here and various internet trawling!

Do these have the die-cut covers and/or various inserts? (I'm guessing no panties w/ school's out... but at least the desk?)
