Japanese version of "TRASH"

I read somewhere that on the Japanese version of TRASH, there are two live tracks: "Cold Ethyl", and"The Ballad of Dwight Frye". Does anyone know if this is true? I can't seem to locate it.

I'm Japanese, so I have this CD.
Two live tracks are taken from Constrictor Tour.
I can not specify tour date, but it is famous broadcast recording,
I have this cassette tape, too.

Perhaps, you can find this broadcast recording on internet.

I don't have my copy near me but I think these are from the Cincinatti show that was broadcast on the "King Biscuit Flour Hour" but I'm not sure.

........btw, I do own the "Bed of Nails" single, and it contains two live songs , "Only Women Bleed" and "Go To Hell". They are from the Cincinnati show. Which means that, most likely, the other two live versions from the Japanese release, are from that same show.
