I am referring to the CD mentioned at the very top of this thread.
The DVD is probably the bootleg version (that went around for years before it was officially released on DVD recently) of the original VHS/Betamax tape!!?
The Madhouse Rocks bootleg NFR-371 No Future Records was a recording from the official VHStape and tuned up with the (for that time) best cassettedeck.
It was a joint venture from Alice Cooperfans who provided the music and artwork to No Future Records.
No money was made by those fans as it was not their intention.
