Cooper Christmas

Post by tuneylune » Thu Dec 20, 2012 10:51 am

What Alice material have you gotten for Christmas? For me, usually got things in early December for birthday (BILLION DOLLAR BABIES, BRUTAL PLANET, TRASH and DRAGONTOWN), but the Xmas gifts I remember with the most joy were the eagerly awaited PRIME CUTS on VHS (played the hell out of it too!), LOVE IT TO DEATH on CD and my daughter sent me a CD for the holiday which I think is NO MORE MR. NICE GUY which I will find out on Tuesday.
The BEST Alice Christmas ever for me was 1998 when my wife had made a small box FULL of clippings from AliceCooperShow.Com detailing all the albums, the personnel and just a boatload of fun stuff-we did not have a computer at the time and she called this "Perks of the job"
While on the subject, will be working all the way through the holiday and most likely will not visit here until after Tuesday, so want to wish ALL OF YOU a great Holiday and thanks for all the fun topics/banter/give and take that only a group of Sick Things can muster :)! As I have said before, wish I had joined up years before, but better late than never. Thanks again, you Cool Guys :8): and Groovy Girls  .

No Cooper Christmas goodies for me, Tuneylune. Anyway... it's the end of the world, tomorrow.
I've been looking to the weather forecasts for tomorrow, around here.
They predict a brutal, harsh weather.
Precepitations: 100%
Temp. High: 260 F.
Feels like: -400 C.
24 Hrs of rain: 1-3 metres
24 Hrs of sunshine: 190 - 300 watts

So, today, as it is my last day on earth, I'm asking a leave request from my job, for EVER, to enjoy what is left of my life.

Maternity leave... no.
Family related leave...no.
Quarantine leave...no.
Sick certificate leave...no.
Personal leave...yes.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to ALL of you.

Last year I got a t shirt, a mug, a calendar, a key ring and a pen. Oh and a mouse mat. All gratefully received, thanks, but this year, I took the precaution this year of putting up a wish list on the kitchen wall. (Life and Crimes is on the top!)

Let's hope somebody noticed it :(

Well, it's not the end of the world, after all, today, Cherrypie. You may get the presents on your wish list, as long as it's not a TOO BIG list. Best wishes.

Just like my mother wished for those Cooper goodies, just like I do, just like you do, just like we all do... Merry Christmas and a happy new year, Cherrypie.

Well. sounds like a good Christmas even if you did not get the whole enchilada-maybe on your birthday-mine is a few weeks before Xmas and could always count on getting everything I might want either in early December or at Christmas.
My old pal The Igster sent me a $50 Best Buy Gift card along with a Noveli Creations necklace with a portrait of our favorite on it and it looks just like Remarkably Insincere's avatar! Probably will not take it out either (and all I sent him was filthy lucre...)
