When I finally got to meet my all time favorite at MonsterMania three years ago, had him sign GOLF MONSTER and told him that my Dad loves golf. Mentioned when I was visiting my parents, I told about the last concert I had seen. My Dad, who does not like Alice at all, asked me "You still listen to that stupid s--t?". I told him he was just jealous because Alice has a better handicap then he does and the told him it was between a three and a five.
Alice looked interested and laughed over bthis and with a gleam in his eye, asked me "Well...what happened then?" I told him my Dad got very quiet and probably went to his room to sulk. Much laughter and even a little pat on the back- I'll never wash that spot again!
I made Alice laugh!
