Classy apology from Dick. He's man enough to admit he overreacted and says some kind words to Steve. Two of the most under-appreciated guitarists in the history of rock.

"Two of the most under-appreciated guitarists in the history of rock."

Yes Mr Bluelegs couldn't agree more.

Also Steve is moving to Phoenix which is about an hours drive from where Dick lives in Fountain Hills AZ. Wouldn't it be nice if they could make some music together..maybe an impromptu visit from Alice and some Bob Ezrin input.

So it truly is the end of an end of an era.

Hey Steven, i was lucky enough to be at The Hammersmith Odeon in "77" to see Peter Gabriel during his first solo tour. Bloody brilliant night, the ol' memory fades after 35 years, but correct me if i'm wrong, Hunter was their but Wagner never toured with that band did he ?? I DO remember Peter Gabriel perched high atop the bank of speakers in a hoodie at one point though.

I should also add that the second leg of that Peter Gabriel tour (August -November 77) Sid McGinnis was the only guitarist.

The half speed mastered vinyl of Ganriel's debut had a longer version of 'Slowburn' with an extended intro, which was played live, you can hear the performance of 'Slowburn' with Sid McGinnis on guitar from Bradford Sept 77

Ignore what the person who put this on You Tube says in the title, most of the pictures are from the Bradford gig Sept 77, but I've just checked the audio with the LA recording from the Roxy on the first leg of the tour with Steve and it is NOT Bradford with Sid on guitar on the You Tube audio, but the Los Angeles show from April 77 that was broadcast on the radio in the States.
