I've seen him 5 times, and have tickets to see him a 6th:

September 20, 2007, Hamilton, Ontario - Support for Heaven & Hell
October 8, 2008, Oshawa, Ontario
May 15, 2011, Quebec City, Quebec
August 26, 2011, Buffalo, New York
December 6, 2011, Kitchener, Ontario

I'll be seeing him on July 13th with Iron Maiden (though I have to admit that I'm more pumped for Maiden because I've never seen them and it's an old-school setlist :D)

I think I've seen him 9 times...6 standard concerts, a taping of Craig Ferguson (which I actually had completely forgotten about until just now), the Whisky show, and last year's Golden Gods. Backstage twice, onstage once, and impatient for him to come to town again!
Yelling at fathers, screaming at mothers...

Make that 4 more scheduled for this summer... ;)

There have also been 2 shows I purchased tix for yet couldn't make for various reasons.

I've also met Alice at two horror conventions if we're counting those things.

My humble homage began on the WTMN tour at Wembley and I've managed about 15 shows since, never enough though!
As my better half has no interest in going Stateside, my choices are limited. I'd love to catch a tour and follow Alice around for a few shows.

That's great, Daytripper. The best fans are not necessarily those who went to see him, like a hundred times, in my opinion.

So what is your idea of a "good fan"?

I agree that attending loads of shows doesn't automatically make you a "good fan" (whatever that means). But if you are a fan, trying to see him live whenever possible would be the obvious thing to do - in my opinion...

Make that 5 more this summer. Scored front row for Pittsburgh this morning.

Looks like AC.com had the entire front row on sale in the presale. Absolutely amazing!

I've seen him 14 times from Welcome to my Nightmare to Gruesome Twosome tour.

Favorites were Madhouse Rock, WTMN, and Raise Your Fist and Yell (even though I didn't like the album).

Least favorites were Lace and Whiskey tour and Flush the Fashion (started late, short, and Alice just wasn't Alice).

Funny, now that I look at the list all my favorites and least favorites were pre 90s. I've seen him a lot of times from Trash on and his shows are consistently good but without the highs and lows.

Wish List for another life: Zappa years concert, LITD or K, but mainly BDB and Special Forces. Too young for the early ones and missed Special Forces and it would have been cool to see something so different than the others.

Of course, I respect the way you see it.

If I may put forward a slice of personal colostomy...

:alice: I missed a few occasions to see him. Not many.
Dallas Texas is not a big fan. That has been a factor and my hubby dont like him at all. The fact that he gave into me 3 times, kept me happy enough. Im nice about it. But....given the chance...there would of been many more.

I saw him 15 times in ‘00/’02/’04/’05/’07/’08/’09/’10/’11. Front row every time, except 2 shows (I was second row there). It took me 11 years until I finally got to see him live... it was not that easy with being too young, not knowing he's on tour, having to go to other shows instead and so on. I'm going to see him 2 more times this summer.
