I was listening to Alice read someone's email about some weird dream they had that involved Mitch Barns and Roxie was missing when Alice dropped that Ryan is returning to the band. He said Steve will continue in the recording aspect but Ryan is returning to the tour.

Of course history has shown us that nothing is officially confirmed until someone other than Alice says so.

fingers and toes crossed,we'll see in a few months if this comes to pass!! smilin' huge here! and steve involved in "the recording process" also is fantastic news becuase thinking about a new album is always fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would be great If Roxie came back.

While it's great if it's true and Roxie's returning, I am a bit surprise since I expected him to have his hands full with Casablanca, Roxie 77 and the Roxie boxset (which will be out in June). Regardless, I'm happy with whatever he does.

one cool thing is I don't imagine he needs a ton of rehearsal time!

Glad to hear this. He is a monster player and really fits in with Alice. Does anybody know if Alice plans to continue with the 3 guitar attack on the upcoming summer tour ?? I thought it made a huge difference in both sound and visual appearance.

I feel very bad for Keri, but Ryan being back is very exciting and perhaps the "BIG ANNOUNCEMENT". Glad I got those front rows in Knoxville!!!

Maybe Sunset Babies will get back in the set list.

Well I guess that answers my question. 3 guitars it is. Nice. I am also glad to see Orianthi is still in the fold. She has a pretty good solo career of her own going.

I feel like asking where the catch is with ryan back and steve in the studio!! YESSSSSSSSS

Beside the original band Roxie's my favourite guitar player for Alice.

Great news, and also mentioning Steve in future recordings hopefully means that there may soon be 'future recordings'.

my thoughts exactly. I'd love an album (a double?) that attempted to bring EVERY alice musician back for at least a track. Just sounds kinda cool. he is so loved and respected i bet there wouldn't be hardly any "no thanks"!

as you will now know it's official and a good move for Alice, Ryan always did a good job live and had recorded some good stuff with Alice 'Sunset Babies' is a classic.

The 3 guitar line up remains which is good and glad to hear Steve Hunter will still be recording with Alice as we always knew he would.
