Ordered my copy the other day. Has anybody received/heard this album yet and if so how does it compare to sexual saviour?

The blue coupe one if fantastic. Not quite as good as bones from the yard I would say but still well worth a listen.

Really solid album from Neal. Lots of bone crunching rock. Not as quite as heavy as Sexual saviour which is actually a good thing. The two standouts are 2000 Miles From Detroit which is mega catchy and a lot of fun along with the melodic Die For The Night. I prefer it to WTMN2.

Crikey Pitters, that's a statement.
WTMN2 has not been out of my CD player since it arrived many moons ago. I have Platinum God from Neal and to be honest it is not one of my favourites so haven't ventured into Killsmith. If you prefer it to WTMN2 it must be worth a punt, I reckon I might just put it on my Christmas list.

I've actually been hearing very good things about the new album. I think I'll pick up a copy too!

Anyone else hear this yet? I got mine yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Not a fan of the first Killsmith, however this is a departure from the sound of that album. Enjoyed this one a lot, well worth a listen for anyone on the fence.

I bought both from iTunes, the first one is pretty bad :( the production is awful and the songs are played badly..

BUT, Killsmith 2 is much better overall and very listenable, it should've been the first album in the first place?

I agree, the first Killsmith was fairly poor in my opinion, don't really know what Neal was going for in that one. This new one is great, I also agree this should have been what the first sounded like. The first was Neal trying something different, but it didn't work.
It was also nice to hear a couple references to Alice in Killsmith Two.
Standout track for me is Die For The Night. Very nice, melodic track.

I like the first album though it is a bit of an ear bleeder. If you replaced a few songs from 2 with the best of 1 you'd have an outstanding album.

I am really enjoying the new album. Kiss My Rock is great.

Killsmith 2 is much better than Sexual Savior according to my music tastes, even though I really enjoyed the latter too. Favorite tracks are Suicide Highway, Crimes of High Passion and Strip Down, definitely one of my top 20 favorite albums ever :')

Strip Down is another catchy great song. I'm sure Alice will be playing a lot of these songs on his radio show.
