Both my Pic Disc and my Freedom for Frankenstein doesn't credit anyone for playing, but credit Desmond Child and Alice for the song, and Peter Collins for Production.
I have what I found out after I got it was a russian release of the album passing as a Japanese version, and It does not credit anyone else either.
If anyone else has the real Japanese release it may give us something, but on other sources it does not (I don't remember this song being released anywhere else but the singles, the Freedom for Frankenstein compilation and the japanese album)

I just checked my Japanese Classicks cd and it has # 16 . It rained all night.
No further info.

I will search for my Jpanese Hey Stoopid cd.

There are actually a 2 different versions of It Rained All Night - diff mix and instruments in diff timing + female voice as a choir for Alice

From the Singles section of this site:
"There is an alternative mix of 'It Rained All Night' which seems to only be on the US 7" single and the US cassette versions of the release. The alternative version features a female backing vocal shadowing Alice on most of the song. Also at around 3:10 in alternate version a piano starts to play which is missing from the normal version."

Don`t know who the girl is off hand though.

Si, the alternate version with feemale vocal and diff instruments timing - is also on the JAPANESSE version of CLASSICKS CD !

No idea who it is either - but Alice originally wanted Annie Lennox to sing that part.
