I had one 5-second dropout during "Train Kept A Rollin'." Annoying, but not terribly surprising given that their server was probably under a heavy load....

It did. Everytime this show has been mentioned in the media, the new record has been mentioned as well.

No, in the end they decided to just do the gig to spite the original band, cos that's the kinda thing Alice likes to do with his time.

No reason Dennis, Neal, and Michael couldn’t have been part of the “bar band”. With the exception of the ONE song from the new album…I think those three (and Hunter) could have handled that set pretty well. But that wasn’t the choice that was made. Differing view of the situation, I guess.

But, that is beside the point...
I have come to accept that, I am old, out of touch and stuck in the past. Time has moved on and, for me, to try and push my visions on other people only shows that I have become a slow learner. Alice Cooper is one individual and no longer a group concept. I will slowly learn to accept that, and move on. (Although the pictures in my head will fight the idea)

This is not an Alice Cooper (the original band) site – never was meant to be I guess...so I will shut my mouth before I say something that could reflect poorly on Janice and/or the Buxton family. If I have offended anyone, I apologize. And, please, my thoughts are my own, and do not reflect the views of the lady that is in charge in this house.
Adios, live longer and prosper…and don’t eat the yellow snow.

"Living in the past is like visiting and re-visiting history hoping that the past can alter the present, or reminiscing on "what might have been, or chewing on plain, old fashion nostalgia." Enjoy what is here now…but don’t forget…it will be someone else’s history.

So Tom Morello from Rage Against The Machine was there and according to the setlist he was slated to play, but I've seen nothing about him playing?

Did Morello play?

GNDM,there is room for the whole deal here bro. I don't think anyone should be scolded if they like nothing but "pretties for you" through "muscle of love"..by the same token,if alice cooper for you was best starting in '75,have at it. I love it all myself and I agree the whisky would have been a good opp. for the original band. I love looking at the liners of the new album and seeing mike, neal, and dennis's names on there! what a full circle moment since the origianl WTMN was the first without them.

don't "keep your mouth closed". I've always respected your opinions personally.

I think I'd rather have a rehearsed tour with the band along with some theatrics than a one off impromptu knocking out some covers and the same old standards.

Why do you leave. There is no reason for that. I'm also "old" don't leave me with all those kiddies, haha.
