Playstation AAA

Can anyone who has a clue about Playstations look at this and tell whet the hell they are talking about? No one I have asked understands it.
It's it a shop? a website I can`t find? a virtual store only on playstation? honestly, have no idea what they are talking about here.

Playstation home is like a virtual environment.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_Home

So I think these are likely items you can buy within that environment to dress up your character or use in the environment.

I dont have a PS3, however it looks similar to the 'Avatar's on Xbox 360 where you can design your own character and in some cases, use them in a game.

Hmmm. weird tie in. It's certainly a different form of "promotion"!

Yes, Playstation Home is like a virtual world on the PS3 where you can walk around and interact with other people, play games and generally chat.

You can also buy things to dress up your avatar and house, and watch game trailers, movie trailers and more.

It certainly is a different kind of promotion for Alice, but at least it shows how seriously they are taking promoting the new album. I hope they keep it up.

I'm always surprised by the amount of 'virtual' things kids are prepared to spend their pocket money on!

I have a playstation 3. I don't usually buy into all this virtual world stuff but I will certainly have a look at this and see what I can find.

Might as well target the younger generation,a prudent move on their part!

Well they targeted the younger generation before with Alice being on Guitar Hero, so why not get in on it again?

I might just have a little wander around Playstation Home tonight and see what's there.

Gutted. Would love an Alice outfit for my 360 avatar.

An Alice facepaint / camo for Black Ops wouldn't go amiss either. It may be the carrot I need to prestige another 5 times to get to the top. 450 hours & counting, Jeez...

Just had a look at this stuff on the PS3 ...some cool pics , in particular one of Alice seated wearing a black robe holding a cane ....the users can buy Alice clothes and Alice stuff ...(Gallows ,guillotine ,syringe etc) for their virtual homes .... Also been advised that it's a real smart tie-in ... Very popular and lucrative site .

I own a PS3 but have never been remotely interested in home. Is it worth having a look?

If you use face book go play Yoville. Gives you idea of what Home is. Basicly a visual chat room with PS3 store interace as a part of the world. A way for those to cyber talk. While playing video games, Movies and music. Rather then saying going out side to meet others.

The "clothes" cost real money like 50c for a shirt and such
