No
lol :)
My son has pals at university who happily spend time ( and money ) on this site , and despite my surprise that the users pay money to dress their own characters , he assured me that younger Alice fans would happily pay £1.19 to wear an Alice Top -Hat ,,,,,,
There is a revolving poster of Alice's " goods for sale " outside the shop , and some of them ( eg Gallows ) are genuinely creepy .... I did wonder if these were part of Ernie's unseen artwork for Nightmare2 , or whether Sony had a team on it ..... If my son ever comes home , I'll have a closer look on his Ps3 ......... I doubt I could find the Alice shop - or Playstation Home on my Ps3 ....... Music only .

You pay for items? I honestly didn't know. That's put me off PS3's Home application even more. After a fairly recent viewing of Gamer (btw a very 'iffy' film), it's especially hard to take Home seriously. I may temporarily d'load the application just to take a look but that would be the extent of my interest.

You're under no obligation to spend anything in the application. If you do want to dress up your 'Home' or yourself, you will have to pay for the premium items - I think you get some basic items free.

It's not different to what you get on the Xbox in that respect, although Home is a lot more than just an avatar on your page.

Just wanted to update that Alice related items are available in the US version of Playstation Home.

What is there to purchase is an outfit for your avatar just like the one in this picture (http://c1.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/imag ... 983ab0.jpg), a big gothic candle holder, a skeleton in a cage, and a framed outfit that you can put on your wall in personal spaces. I will try to post pics A.S.A.P.

Wish we got the gullotine that the UK version has but, something is better than nothing.
