Wow those samples really offer a better insight into the album, every new second of material makes me more excited! The only track I'm not liking is Disco Bloodbath Boogie Fever, I cannot see myself warming to that one.

What Baby Wants has single written all over it. I was one of those who could not believe it when I heard that Ke$ha was featuring on the song but she actually quite suits the material.

These samples raised my expectations for Last Man on Earth and When Hell Comes Home dramatically also. The Underture sounds absolutely phenomenal and I'm loving Something to Remember Me By.

A Bad Situation has a Country twang which we haven't heard since The Saga of Jesse Jane. And We Gotta Get Outta This Place sounds exceptional.

The next step is hearing the whole album and I can't wait!

Well I shall preorder when I get home in the morning. Does it just auto-download whe the clock strikes midnight on the 13th. Figure I can just leave Itunes open. Then when I get home from work at 7am on the 13th it will be there waiting. Burn to CD then crank the radio. Then later in the day the Vinyl should show up. Crank that as well. Maybe. A cooper marathon every album 1 after another. Could it be done in one sitting.

Should have taken the 13th off now that I think about it...

I think you're right and that "How They Came [...]" is Alice/Ezrin speech about the album.

I haven't seen anything about Flatline outside the vinyl. I would Guess it will come out as a limited single at some point. either via Itunes or Alicecooper.com

After several listenning:

-I'm disapointing by 'What Baby Whants'. I always wait for the entire song, may be I will find something good in it with time, but for the moment... Don't like what Ke$ha and the team had done.

-Great surprise on the piano line of 'I Am Made Of You' (try anything to don't spoil), good work. Not a fan of the autotune anyway but the melody is fine.

-The Congregation is the surprise of this listenning, sounds cool.

-Disco Bloodbath is... really fun, love it.


Conclusion, for the time I love all the songs exept WBW. Can't wait to hear the full album.

Wow. Just finally got a listen to the longer samples & even though WBW, DBBF & STRMB don't set my world on fire, the whole shebang as an ensemble is REALLY impressive. There's a cinematic feel happening & this would translate to film or stage so well. I'm excited to see the new production on the road. If this ends up being Alice's swan song...what a way to sign off!
