Thank you In chick for correcting me. English isn't my native language. I have been pretty nervous and worried today for personal reasons. And by the way it should read English not english.

I am surprised there are no audio samples available yet but I don't think we have to wait that long anymore. I have a feeling this will be Alice's most adventurous album in many many years.

Now, as for reviews of shows, albums, whatever, I am my own critic. I don't listen to professional critics. I don't need anybody to tell me what I should like or not, regarding art. Critics... they may hear but they don't listen... Be your own critic and take a chance, you are the only judge of what you hear and see.

Makes you wonder how they pick those for the review discs. You'd think there wuld be some sort of screening to see if its atleast on a basic reading level.

Don't say that! You will get many here stuck in the 70s telling you not to raise your hopes!! These are the same people that tell you that the album cover should be a "70s affair" too - despite not hearing the record!

Not to be pedantic, Gunsie, but it was Alice himself who early on said that this was going to be a record that sounded like it came from the 70s.

I've now heard the album but will keep my thoughts to myself until it is released so as not to ruin it for anyone.

It must be promo or an mp3 download from someone close to Alice" 's managment / or from a musicmagazine or whoever has a promo. i think the first ones will be very soon on EBay.

I think it also should be clear that posting that you listened to W2MN on this board, like WHW(or WHS like you called him)did, can bring you a lot of questions and pm's ,with even more questions, about your opinion on this album.
An album were a lot of us are extremely curious about.

I'm sorry if I gave that impression, but I have not heard the new album.

Was chatting with Mitch Lofon on facebook a few moments ago and he loves this album says its -

"It's a fantastic album...listened to it again today.... it's tongue in cheek Alice with the best of 1975 to 1979..."

"I think these songs could have fit on Nightmare (I), Goes To Hell and/or Lace & Whiskey..."
