Oh man, this is becoming expensive. First the Belfast show, then the box set, then the Brutal Planet LP, then the Halloween shows and now this. Might have to remortgage soon!

Anyone purchased the Germany show? How is it? What about packaging and setlist? Seems I can't find anything about it on the internet...

Hey guys,

just a quick review of the Live CD I bought straight after the show at Waldstadion, Germany, 17-06-2011. It is a 3-CD digipak set and everyone who purchased it on the spot has to download the encore for the third CD.

First off the show was great musically! I couldn't hear any big mistakes or totally wrong notes. There was a fantastic version of "Halo of Flies" and all the other great tunes you know from the setlist like: Muscle of Love, Clones, Hey Stoopid,... Even "I'll bite your face off" is included on the CD. I thought they might edit it out of the final cut.

In my opinion the live sound of the CD is nice as well. Unfortunatelly there were a few (2 or 3) little technical problems during the show (It began raining heavily in the middle of the set -- maybe that was the cause). So for a few seconds half of the PA turned off (can't remember which song it was) and during the first few words of clones Alice's microphone has no signal. But for me that's totally ok and no bigger problem -- as I said the set was so well played by all the guys (Steve Hunter is god) it's a pleasure to listen. After the show I also got the advertising poster with the NMMNG artwork of the Live CD as well and then watched the headliner Motörhead. Great show, great evening. Thanks Alice!

Snap. When I emailed them and asked whether I'd got it or not I got this back:

The Alice Cooper CD has been removed from our website as it has sold out due to high demand. As stated in a previous email there will be a slight delay in receiving your order as we were waiting for the master recordings to return from the tour in order to be sent to our fulfilment department. The master recordings have now arrived and orders will start being sent out during this week.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I assume that means I got one, specially as they took the money out of my account...
