Found this on Youtube, it's the same 1972 Beat Club "Public Animal #9" except without all the visual effects and a few different camrera angles. Good quality as well. Enjoy:

It's nice seeing it without all those special effects piled on top of it.

Now, didn't Alice mix the lyrics all up on that??!!!
