Rock Hall Induction Performance

Post by RemarkablyInsincere » Wed Dec 15, 2010 4:55 pm

So now that they're officially "in", let's talk about the performance. Alice confirmed they will perform.

What do you want to see and who stands in for Glen?

Personally, I hope they really rehearse a lot so they're tight... Alice in full character, make-up, no hand in his pocket...

Too many bands either don't perform or don't live up to the legend.

For one night, Alice Cooper can show everyone how it's done!

I believe Steve Hunter is playing the pudding show, so will probably play the Hall Of Fame as well.

He says they will probably perform SO/18,much to my chagrin,i was hoping for "Nice Guy" & "Wheels",but i do understand why he would chose those two.

Who knows, maybe they'll throw something random in. Looks like they may do "Train Kept A'Rollin'" for the Pudding.

Is it limited to two songs? I thought some bands have done 3, but I could be wrong.

If it's only two songs, they pretty much have to do "School's Out" and "I'm Eighteen" as artists generally do their best known songs.

Maybe they could get away with a shortened "Hello Hooray" into "I'm Eighteen" and then "School's Out".

It shows on Rock Hall page,a short Bio,and the Rock Hall's Essential Songs,,,,18.SO,Only Women,Nightmare and Poison as their picks.Plus 2 videos,Poison and Nice Guy.One would assume after they are "officially" inducted the Hall will augment Both the Essential Songs and Bio.

I hope they go all out. Would be cool to see them break open a pillow or two and fill the area

Alice should also wear the Leopard Boots

Iggy I hope. Si has already dissed the place so along with Lydon I can't see either of them turning up. Ozzy would be great!!

I would like to see Bob Ezrin (start of a push for him) & perhaps Penelope Spheeris or John & Taupin. For performance, along with the all of the above, I think Alice should bring a live chicken on stage.
