According to the East Valley Tribune, there is a Cooper'stown restuarant set to open in West Mesa - bigger than the downtown Phoenix establishment and with a focus on sports and COUNTRY music. Well, I'll be.

I've never even ordered it - there's no way I'd be able to finish it. They used to give you a free "big unit" t-shirt to anyone who finished it but don't know if that's still the case.
